Přehlídka začala na počest 25. výročí Tokyo Disney Resort a Tokyo Disneyland. Skládá se z devíti barevných alegorických vozů, ve kterých vystupuje několik postaviček Disneyho ve fantastických světech. Přehlídku vede Minnie Mouse a Mickey Mouse a přátelé ji uzavřou.
Během roku 25. výročí, od 15. dubna 2008 do 14. dubna 2009, se průvod zastavil pro show mód čtyřikrát během svého trvání, jednou v části A a jednou v části B na každém úseku trasy průvodu. Průměrný počet zastávek v show módu pro Tokyo Disneyland je tři. V show módu se hrála speciálně upravená verze písně „What Time is It?“ ze středoškolského muzikálu 2 smíchaná se znělkou k 25. výročí „Dream Goes On“ a hosté byli požádáni, aby tleskali rukama a tancovali při oslavě. Od 15. dubna 2009 se průvod uskutečnil bez zastávky pro show mód a odstranil „25“ ze závěrečného alegorického vozu.
Poté, co byla přehlídka nahrazena přehlídkou Happiness is Here, byly jednotky Princess Garden a Bubbles přemístěny do Kouzelného království a jsou používány pro denní přehlídku Festival of Fantasy Parade.
Jednotky Jungle Safari a Pirate Moon byly přemístěny do Disneyland Parku (Paříž) a použity pro jejich 25. výročí denní přehlídky Disney Stars on Parade.
Několik kostýmů účinkujících z Jungle Safari a Lilo & Stitch bylo znovu použito pro The Little Mermaid unit v Disneylandu v bývalém denním průvodu Mickey’s Soundsational Parade.
Jednotlivá „vznášedla“ z jednotky Pixar Pals byla přemístěna do Disneylandu v Paříži a použita pro některé z jejich speciálních akcí. Vesmírná loď Little Green Men z jednotky Pixar Pals byla přemístěna do Disneylandu a použita pro noční průvod Paint the Night.
