John Edward Musker je americký animátor, režisér, producent a scenárista Walt Disney Animation Studios, který obecně spolupracuje s Ronem Clementsem.
Muskerova kariéra v Disney začala dvouletým učivem u animátora Franka Thomase. S Clementsem se seznámil během natáčení Lišky a ohaře v roce 1981, kde pracoval jako animátor postav pod ním a Cliffem Nordbergem. Společně režírovali, produkovali a psali filmy jako Malá mořská víla, Aladin, Planeta pokladů nebo Princezna a žába.
